Although called a typical treatment every person is unique, their life stories and their physical, emotional, and spiritual response to their life stories renders each experience different. On a presenting level, we are separate and unique. It is only when taken to a deeper level we see we are inexplicably one.

An initial session with Kate lasts approximately two hours. That may perhaps seem a long time, but most people find that the time flies by. The first hour is critical to a fulfilling session as it is here that Kate, supported by her eclectic training and working with you, will uncover all the areas, both conscious and unconscious, that require healing. Somewhere in your past lies the root of your dis-ease in the present. Moving towards wholeness can allow you feel a deep sense of peace within, and renew your love for self and others.

Kate gently takes your bare feet in her hands. It is through this ‘physical’ contact that she awakens a deep connection, not only on a physical level, but allows you access to a much higher level of consciousness and subsequent awareness.

As she works, you will feel various sensations at the point(s) in your body where an energy block, stemming from a previous emotional or physical injury or habitual negative thinking may be present. Exceptions, and there are few, exist when someone is so tense or depressed that they can be out of touch with the body. The majority, however, will feel changes occurring as you work together. You will receive precisely what you are open and ready for.

You may experience the work on a physical level. You decide. You can reach a peacefulness during the process which at times allows you to raise the level of your consciousness when you can connect on a spiritual realm. You decide.
Whatever you decide, the end result is peace.
