Kate divides her time time between Ireland, India, and the United States. In Ireland she works in Newport, Co Mayo. In India her base is in Bangalore, but she also sees people in Chennai and Mumbai. In the US she works in Chicago and Los Angeles.

For Winter 2009, she will be in Chennai India from the 28th September to 8th December 2009. During this period she will be at Sevagram, India, from 24th October to the 19th November at the Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences. The institute is situated where Gandhi spent many years.
